1st Haney provides Scouting Programs and activities for youth aged 5 through 26. The primary catchment area is central Maple Ridge (Haney) from Laity Street in the West to 227th Street in the East and from the Fraser River in the South, northward. Although a number of its members are from the extended communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

1st Haney is one of several Scout Groups in the Three Rivers Area and part of Scouts Canada’s Fraser Valley Council. The Three Rivers Area includes groups located in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Mission.
